DELIVERY AND CANCELATION

ELECTRONIC TICKET:
All types of tickets sold by means of our webpage will be exchanged by a paper ticket at any of our bus stations. The client must show valid ID and the electronic folio.

ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL TO THE BUS STATION:
Passengers must arrive to the bus station’s front desk 10 minutes before the official scheduled departure. The company has no responsibility if the passenger does not board the bus for not complying with this requisite. The company’s sole obligation is to reintegrate the corresponding in accordance to the “Unused Tickets and Reservations” clause.

After the hereinbefore mentioned time lapses, the company reserves the right to use the designated seat for other individual, but the user can use the ticket for any other scheduled departure with available seats.

CANCELATION:
Tickets are not subject to cancelation by the passenger or other individual. If the passenger cancels a trip, we do not pledge to return, reimburse or compensate in any way the cost for the services purchased by the passenger. Nevertheless, the tickets can be used for one year after the issuance date without any additional cost for changing the travel date. See “Unused Tickets and Reservations.”

UNUSED TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS:
Passengers that do not show up on time for any cause can make use of their ticket during the following 365 days after the issuance date without any additional cost.

Our tickets are valid 365 days after issuance. Therefore any unused or open date ticket can be used within that time frame.
